Vivian Papairakli was born in Athens, Greece. She obtained her law degree (LL.B) from the Law Faculty of the Democritus University of Thrace, Greece and a master of laws degree (LL.M) in Maritime Law from the Law Faculty of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Her main areas of expertise focus on maritime law issues, including registration of vessels to various jurisdictions, maritime labor issues, corporate structuring, as well as preparation of contracts and agreements respectively.
