George was born in Athens, Greece. He is a graduate of the Democritus University of Thrace (Faculty of Law) and he holds an MSc in Entrepreneurship from ALBA Business School . George specializes in various aspects of civil and commercial law, such as corporate structuring, registration of all types of companies to the Business Registry and he conducts due diligence examinations in the Land Registries of Greece.
George is also involved in litigation by reviewing documentation, drafting lawsuits and pleadings and assisting in the preparation of files to be submitted on Court. Having acquired both academic and practical knowledge in Business, Economics and Finance, George advises companies for strategy and compliance issues. He has attended several conferences and seminars in Greece concerning contemporary financial and legal matters. George speaks Greek, English and German.
