Maria Serdari was born in Athens, Greece. She obtained her law degree (LL.B) from the Law Faculty of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and she holds a master of laws degree (LL.M) in Transnational and European Commercial law, Banking Law, Arbitration/Mediation from the International Hellenic University.
Her main areas of expertise focus on various aspects of civil and commercial law, such as corporate structuring, registration of all types of companies to the Business Registry and she conducts due diligence examinations in the Land Registries of Greece.
Maria is also involved in litigation by reviewing documentation, drafting lawsuits and pleadings and preparing files to be submitted on Court. She has attended numerous seminars in Greece and abroad which deal with contemporary issues in her fields of interest. Maria speaks Greek, English and German.
