George was born in Athens, Greece. He is a graduate of the American College of Greece, Pierce College and member of the Alumni Association. He has pursued his LL.B at the Athens University (Faculty of Law) and he holds an LL.M in Maritime Law from the University of Southampton. George specializes in various aspects of maritime law as well as in a wide range of civil and commercial law issues. His areas of expertise include also registration of vessels in various jurisdictions, Sale and Purchase of vessels (S&P), insurance claims, real estate matters and various corporate disputes, advising clients both nationally and internationally.
George is also involved in litigation by representing in Court numerous corporations such as maritime companies, insurance enterprises, agents, real estate and investment companies and financial institutions. He has attended prestigious international seminars both in Greece and abroad. George speaks Greek, English, French and Spanish.
