Professional Profile
Fyllina Saranti is a Greek lawyer with experience in civil, commercial, corporate and administrative law. She obtained her law degree (LL.B) from the Law Faculty of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and she also holds an LL.M. in International & European Legal Studies, specializing in Private Law and Business Transactions from the same Faculty. Her thesis focused on the effectiveness of remedies under Article 7 of Regulation 1/2003. She also participated in the Erasmus+ programme at Université Lumière Lyon 2, with studies in banking, insolvency and private international law.
Her practice focuses on the drafting, reviewing and managing of commercial contracts, corporate documentation and private agreements, as well as on real estate cases, banking transactions, enforcement and insolvency proceedings.
She has experience in advising and representing clients in civil, commercial and administrative matters, including litigation and the preparation of pleadings, legal opinions and other legal documents.
She is also an accredited mediator certified by the Greek Ministry of Justice.
She speaks Greek, English, French and German.
